I believe in magic. I believe in flying. I believe in traveling the world and discovering its secrets. I believe in the power of the written word. I believe in wishing on fallen eyelashes. I believe in never growing up. I believe in storytelling and the imagination it requires. I believe in worlds other than this one. I believe in a thing called love. And finally, I believe that all these things can be expressed through photographs, and I promise I’ll do my best to do just that.
I use photography to explore the concept of impossibility, and my intention is to always convey a story. I adore taking photographs simply because there are no worldly boundaries, no rules (at least ones I can’t break). And by taking mostly self-portraits, I can paint over my personal life, my reality with a brush of impossibility.
