Joining the cast of an already established show can be overwhelming and intimidating. However, when Theodore Bhat earned a recurring role on In The Dark during the show’s second season, he had no trouble fitting in with the rest of the cast. His character, Josh Wallace, quickly found himself wrapped up in Murphy’s spell, and within no time, he found himself feeling used like everyone else in her life. Now a series regular on the show, Theodore has shown that he deserves all of the additional screen time he’s gotten, and many viewers are sad to see the show coming to an end. 1. He Is From the UK
Some people may have thought that the accent Theodore speaks with on In the Dark was simply part of the character. However, Theodore really is from the UK. From what we know, he was born and raised in London, and it appears that he is still based there, although he has spent lots of time in Canada filming In the Dark.
2. He Is Not Into Social Media
Over the last several years, social media has become a very powerful tool and it has real-life benefits for lots of people. Surprisingly, though, Theodore doesn’t seem to have an interest in building a strong online presence. Instagram appears to be the only platform he has an account on, and he has only posted seven times in the last two years.
3. He Almost Joined the Military
These days, Theodore’s life may be all about acting, but there was a time when he was involved in a completely different space. According to his LinkedIn profile, he was part of the Royal Marine Cadet which is a youth organization that is affiliated with the Sea Cadets.
4. He Is a Formally Trained Actor
There’s no denying the fact that Theodore is a natural talent, but he has also put in lots of hard work to perfect his skills. Theodore studied acting at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. The school has a long list of noteworthy alumni, including Carrie Fisher, James Purefoy, and Naomi Ackie.
5. People Love His Feet
If you thought Theodore’s acting skills were the only thing people liked about him, you better think again. Apparently, there are also some people who think Theodore has great feet. His feet have earned a four-star rating on an online database of famous people’s feet called Wikifeet.
6. In The Dark Was His First TV Role
If Theodore’s face didn’t look familiar to you when he joined the cast of In the Dark, that’s because you probably never saw him before that. The series marked his first ever TV role, but there will hopefully be many more in his future. He is currently working on an upcoming series called Masters of the Air. Although we know the show will be released on Apple TV+, it’s unclear exactly when it will be released.
7. He Used to Work in Sales
Building a successful career in the entertainment business isn’t an easy thing to do. For that reason, lots of actors end up working a variety of jobs before things start to take off for them. Theodore is no exception. He’s held a variety of odd jobs over the years, including working in sales. He also spent some time working in recruiting.

Working in the entertainment industry has lots of benefits, but one of the downsides is that it can be hard to maintain a sense of privacy. Acting isn’t the only time Theodore has been in front of the camera. Apparently, he has also done a little bit of modeling. In the summer of 2020, he shared a photo of himself rocking some gear from a company called Manors Golf. It’s unclear if he has modeled for any other brands.

Anyone who has ever tried to learn another language knows how difficult it can be. As a result, it’s always impressive when people are able to master more than one. Theodore, however, has learned multiple languages. His LinkedIn profile shows that he speaks English, French, Russian, Portuguese, and Spanish. From what we know, though, English is the only language he’s acted in.
