Anybody that has even a passing interest in some of the more famous DJs is likely to know who DJ Khaled is. This is an immensely talented individual that has been in the business for a number of years, working hard to make a name for himself in the industry. The truth is, his life is interesting enough that someone might someday make the decision to make a movie based on it. If that ever happens, it is interesting to think about who might play DJ Khaled if and when the movie becomes a reality.
Below are five distinct possibilities.
Wendell Pierce
One of the reasons that Pierce might be a good choice is because he was born and raised in the same area as DJ Khaled and he is a solid actor. Obviously, this would make him a fine choice to play such an individual, as the main concern would be choosing someone that would be believable in such a part. There is no reason to think that Pierce wouldn’t be able to pull that off successfully, and his New Orleans roots would likely mean that he understands more than most, where DJ Khaled is coming from when it comes to things like culture and hometown pride.
Aaron Neville
This is another person that hails from New Orleans. He has a proven track record when it comes to capturing interesting roles and making them his own. There is every reason to believe that he would be an ideal choice in a movie about DJ Khaled. There is certainly no doubt that he would be able to handle such a role and do it justice.
Ice-T
Who wouldn’t love to see Ice-T in a role like this? He can be tough when he needs to, yet he is remarkably capable of delivering an acting performance that is nothing short of spectacular. It would be highly unlikely that there would be doubt in anyone’s mind that he would be more than capable of handling a role like this and he would probably be quite comfortable handling this or virtually anything else that might be thrown at him. In addition, it would just be fun for the audience to watch him in such a part.
Pitbull
Pitbull has a lot going for him that other actors might not enjoy. He knows the music business inside and out and has found a great deal of success there. He is also an actor. This might give him a leg up when it comes to playing the part and making it believable. In addition, he has a tendency to take practically everything he does and turn it into sheer gold so there is no reason to assume it would be any different with this project.
Nikolaj Coster-Waldau
Most fans would love to see a Game of Thrones actor in a movie like this. Some might think that it would be difficult for him to pull it off but the argument can certainly be made that he would have no trouble whatsoever turning in a great performance. There is certainly no doubt that he is capable of acting so there is no reason to think that he should not be able to play a wide variety of different roles without much difficulty.
Of course, everybody has their own opinions about who should play certain roles. While that will certainly be the case with this project if it ever comes to fruition, it is fun to think about who might fit well into that role, starting with the five people mentioned here. If the project ever actually happens, one of them just might show up in a starring role.
