The teaser trailer for the upcoming film “Mosul” has recently been released. The project is a timely release that every sound minded adult in the world should watch. It tells the story of a country in conflict, and of people who are doing their best to merely survive under the harsh domination of ISIS forces. Most teaser trailers give us just enough excitement to draw crowds into the theaters. This one is disturbingly different. It isn’t so much that it is constructed differently, but the topic is one that is on our minds and it gives us a glimpse of a situation that is threatening real people and causing untold suffering and misery. Knowledge is the only way to gain a measure of clarity about the dilemma of Mosul. In the war against terrorism, This has been a hot spot and those who are waging war against ISIS forces are faced with the nearly impossible task of separating the bad guys from their victims because they mingle in with them to remain anonymous and escape detection.
