According to an Anonymous Mesa Official, The majority of fire incidents that occur are a result of illegal or improper fireworks discharges.

The Reporting Process
Residents can now report fireworks by detailing incidents’ location, time, and any known individuals involved. Following submission, an approved report sends a Phoenix Police Department number to users by email. This structured process aims for efficient action against violators.
