Thursday is a day of realizations for many on Days of Our Lives. Jenn is an addict, and she knows it. She has been trying to hide it so that she doesn’t have to think about the accident and how it changed her life for the worse, but she’s there and she’s thinking about it. We saw that she was holding her pill bottle and staring at it as if she knows that there is a problem with that little bottle, but will she take the time to dump it out, or will she take more of the pills? She wants to help Eric with his drinking problem, but she knows that he is not going to listen to her until she gets help. Will she continue to blame her pill popping on her pain from the accident he caused on New Year’s Eve when he was drunk driving or will she finally admit that she does have a problem and seek help? It might turn out to be with they both need if they can get the help that they so desperately need together, but we aren’t sure how that will work out for them.
Hope and Rafe have returned home with Chase and Ciara and things are not going well for Chase. He has a lot of people mad at him right now after it’s been realized he is Theo’s bully. He is not happy that Ciara is mad at him and even blamed his bullying on jealousy over her friendship with Theo. No one wants to talk to him right now, and we wonder how he will handle that one. Andre is there watching the entire family, his focus on Hope. At this point we are not sure where his mind is. Is he looking to make her pay by going to jail for the murder of his father, or does he want her to pay on a more personal level? We have no idea just how much that accident affected his mind and his thoughts when he was caught in the blast, and it makes us worry that he might have some serious issues to deal with.
However, it’s not really Andre that has to worry right now. It’s Philip. He has finally confessed to Belle about what happened to the Chief of Police’s daughter when she overdosed in his hotel room and he moved her body to another room to get out of trouble for being there with her. His uncle had him watched and he knows that it happened and has proof of it. Now Deimos is back and doesn’t want to work alone to take down Victor, so he’s seeking Philip’s help. He does not want to do it, and he has no choice. Deimos knows what he did and he continues to use that information to make Philp do his dirty work, no doubt as just one more way to stick it to his brother. Will Philip turn back to Belle for her legal advice?
Having a drink together, will Belle decide that as much as she wants to be with Philip that she has to deal with her daughter and does not have time to bother with a man who clearly has some legal troubles going on Will this drink and this meeting discussing this threat that Deimos makes on Thursday cause her to remember that she doesn’t want anything to do with this and will she want to go back to Shawn and give him the chance she told her daughter she would consider giving him? As it stands, Deimos is making another threat toward Philip and he either has to take matters into his own hands or he has to do what’s being asked of him, and dragging Belle into his problems is probably not the best idea that he’s had all night long. We don’t know where this is going, but we do know that Deimos is making things far more complicated for everyone that they originally thought that he might. What will happen? Will Deimos make good on his threats or will he move on? Tune in Thursday to find out what happens and how things go down for this group of people in such a mess with their lives.
