Young and the Restless fans know that many couples have made it through the year. Many haven’t, and many will probably find the time to get together before the year is up. It’s what happens around Genoa City, and no one is all that upset by it. There are so many people who might find happiness and love in their situation right now, and we love that. But, what about those who are already in a happy relationship? What about those who are in a relationship regardless of happiness? Will they make it through the new year? We have some predictions about what 2020 might bring from some of the couples spending the holidays together this year, and it’s going to be a doozy. We don’t think the following couples will make it through the year. What do you think
Nikki and Victor
What do you mean, you don’t think so? We know that you don’t think that they will split up, but we do. We think that their marriage will not make it through the new year, but we don’t think that they’ll end up divorced. We think that they will more than likely end up in a situation where they are not together, she’s with Jack or he is with someone else for a moment, something will happen to their family that forces them to present a united front, and they’ll end up back to square one and be together again. It’s what always happens, and we get that. We know that this is a situation that we might not see happening in total, but we do think it will happen.
Sharon and Rey
Ah, yes. This hot mess. Let’s look back at their short history together. They were attracted to one another, and they slept together. She had a boyfriend, he had a wife. They decided that he would go back to his wife, who slept with his brother and cheated on him before, and they would renew their vows and live happily ever after. That did not work out when she slept with his brother again, got pregnant, and bailed. He went back to Sharon, who then realized that Adam was alive and back in town. She then slept with him even though she swore there was nothing going on between them to Rey, then they broke up again. She continued to lie to Rey about her feelings for Adam, and they decided at the same time to give it another shot and make things work again.
It didn’t work for a moment, but they it did work again. They’ve been trying to make it a good thing, but they both continue to lie to one another. She is still fighting her feelings and attraction for Adam, while also realizing she will always have a spot in her heart for Nick, and she’s got so much to think about. She’s not good for him, he’s not good for her, and they are not good for one another. We are ready to see them end this and move on with their lives, and we cannot wait to see it happen sooner rather than later. What a nice change for everyone it will be.
Kyle and Lola
Perhaps this one is just wishful thinking since we really do not like them together. They are not a good match, and we feel nothing for them that’s positive. However, we do think that they could make it work if they really wanted to. We don’t think they will, of course, but we aren’t sure how it will all go down. Will he realize that he is in love with Summer if she decides that she is going to give Theo a chance? Will she decide that someone else is better than the man she is married to? We feel that the friendship she’s created with Theo despite her husband’s intense dislike of this man is something that will cause some intense issues for them. She’s got to respect her marriage more than that, but she’s sure that she has a good friend in Theo despite the fact that Kyle is so unhappy with things. It will never work for them.
