Days of Our Lives fans know that there are so many things that might happen to annoy fans, but few things are as obnoxious as when certain people get together and try to make things work for themselves. It’s not always something that does work, and it’s rarely something we find ourselves supporting in any capacity. When certain couples find that they want to be together, we find ourselves wondering if it’s for the best. Is this true love? Is this something else? Is this a problem for more than a few people? We never really know. But, we do know that there are some couples who just didn’t do it for us at some point — even when we previously loved them. Do you agree with our decisions as to who is the most annoying when they are together?
Eve and Jack
It was clear to everyone, even when he had no idea who he was, that no one liked them together. He didn’t even seem to like them together when they were together. There was nothing that worked for them together. They were not a couple who did well together or worked well together or even made it look as if they were easy together. They were not happy, he was not into her, but he clearly had to do what he had to do to make things work. She told him what to do, they worked through their issues in that manner, and they worked through things the best way that they knew how. It wasn’t pretty, it wasn’t a nice thing, and we didn’t like it. But, that’s what it was, and that’s where they were. We hope to never see them together again.
Eric and Jennifer
We want to say we liked them together. We really do. We want to say that they did something for us. that they were a happy couple who looked good and seemed well together, but we didn’t like it. We didn’t want it to happen anymore than they wanted it to happen, either. There was nothing about them that worked in a way that we appreciated, and it was almost too much for us to bear. They were not good together. We didn’t like them together. We were not fans of them together. But, they did try so hard. They were such good friends, and we thought that because they were both such good people that perhaps they could make something work. Clearly, they could not make anything work, and that’s a true shame. But, we didn’t like how they both tried to force it. It was so unnatural, and we were not fans of any of it.
Sarah and Rex
We didn’t even have time to think of them as a couple before they had a chance to be tighter. We didn’t have much effort to make in our lives with them. We didn’t get to see them focus on anything other than their lives, their situation, and their short romance. We knew they were a long term situation, they were newly engaged, and they were celebrating, and then he was suddenly the father of a new baby with his ex and things were ugly and they were not together. We’ve never seen them together long enough to like them that way, which is not how we thought we might see things in their lives otherwise. It’s just a situation we cannot resolve, and that’s all there is to it. For now, though, we can see that some things might be better left unsaid with them.
Clyde and Kate
He’s so awful and she’s not a great person, either, but we like her. They were nothing short of totally horrible together, and we could not believe that the writers of this show thought for even a second tha they should bring them together for a moment. It never, ever, ever worked for us, and we all know it. They were horrible, and there was nothing we could do about it other than sit back and see it happen, hope it stopped, and hope they moved one before they ended up in a different place all together. It was not a good thing for anyone.
