Days of Our Lives fans can’t seem to get over how much happened in the past week, and there is a lot more to see. It was a long weekend of fun in the sun for most of us, but the show is back now, and we need to recap. Marlena is in big trouble. She’s been left to die after she as viciously shot. There is a problem with Eve and Brady now that Kristen has kidnapped Claire and left her instructions with Brady to get her back. She’s not going to let him out of this without things going on her way, and that’s just where she is at the moment. There is a lot happening, a lot going down, and a lot of problems happening right now, and Eve cannot figure out what is happening in her life. She’s upset, and she’s going to assume that Brady is up to no good.
Sami and Hope had a moment that was less than flattering, but there is very little they can do with their situation to make it better for anyone at the moment. They are not in a good place with one another, and that’s all because of Rafe. Gabi is still doing all she can to make sure that Abigail’s life is miserable, and it is. She’s finally catching on that her friend might just be trying to get back and her, and she’s going to tell her brother that she feels this way. And we do think that JJ might just agree with her when she tells him what she’s been thinking. There might not be a lot she can do in the moment, but there is something she can do — and that’s figure out what Gabi is up to before it is all too late for her and for her husband.

When people come home and their coworkers are happy about it, it says a lot about the way things go on behind the scenes. We can probably say it’s safe to assume things around here are happy, good, and always positive the way they seem when we check them out online. Fans are happy, cast is happy, and everyone seems to have a good situation going for them. We like it, and we want to see more of this kind of behind the scenes stuff.

Kayla is going to receive the most upsetting news of her life today, and it has everything to do with her husband. Steve is done. He’s not coming home. He’s been arrested and charged with espionage, and we will not see him again. We knew this was coming because the and the show could not agree on a contract or whatever story they came up with to explain something about him not returning, but it’s all going to blow up for Kayla, and we can feel rather confident that fans are not going to be very proud of this or happy with the way it all went down. This is not something that they can help or want to see happen at the moment, but this is what the reality looks like right now. There’s no real explanation, no real story, and no real situation to deal with right now. It’s all ugly and unfortunate, and we are not happy with it.
And now we have to deal with the fact that he is gone. Will and Sonny are growing even closer. Rafe and Hope are going to face some problems now that Sami is back and she’s all up in Hope’s business with her big mouth and her hateful comments. Claire is in danger, and Brady has to save her. But to save her, he might just sacrifice everything he has with Eve. Things aren’t working out well with Eric, he might not be very happy with Jennifer, and everyone is a basic mess right now. It’s been one of those things that’s not working out for anyone.
