The second season has been dubbed ‘Robbin’ Season’, and it will center around a whole different realm of threats and crime in the city. Story Line

The plot will also once again follow the characters of cousins as they try to continue to work with the Atlanta music scene, while also attempting to make their lives turn for the better for themselves and their families as well. With this mix of new and old drama, we know that the show will be full of all the feels and angst for sure.
Why The Sub Title?
We often don’t see many shows and series in the industry today that have different sub titles to label their seasons, but ‘Atlanta’ is taking a different approach in how they tell the story of their characters. Donald Glover, who stars in and also acts as an executive producer on the series, has stated that they didn’t want to approach the second season trying to beat the emotion and drama of the first season, but rather wanted to continue on the story, creating a chapter that audiences would want to watch and follow.
With the release of the latest, and in our opinion the best, trailer so far for the series, we truly get an even better inside look at what to expect as the newest chapter continues on. Fans are guaranteed a whole new depth in the story line when it comes to the drama that is going to be built up during the second season, and we are anxious to see how the characters will handle the rise in robberies and burglaries that will be in the mix as well.
