General Hospital fans want to see Laura happy. She’s one of those characters that has been through everything once or twice, back again, and watched her life fall apart at least two or three times a year. She’s always been a strong person who was able to bounce back and retake her life in her own hands, but she’s one of those iconic characters everyone knows. She is one half of Luke and Laura, and she’s always been famous for that television marriage that worked, didn’t work, worked again, and didn’t work again.
And now she has another chance to be happy, but we don’t think she is going to take it. She has a shot at being happy with Kevin. He wants to marry her, but she keeps resisting his offer. She seems happy with him, but she won’t accept his proposal no matter how or how many times he asks her. What is her hold up?
She’s got a lot in her life right now. She’s got her grandson in her care, and we all know he is not an easy child. In fact, he’s a downright strange child with some serious issues, and she’s lost her son. And maybe she hasn’t really lost him, but we don’t know. Either way, we’d love to see her happy and back to life in a way that makes her happy. Will the writers ever do that for her? We aren’t all that certain they will do that.
