Young and the Restless: Adam to Divorce Chelsea

Young and the Restless fans have been wondering what might happen now that Adam is slated to make a return. It won’t be Justin Hartley in the role of Adam Newman, but he’s still returning as a character with a new face. He’s slated to return this summer, and we suspect that Chelsea is going to be very happy to see her husband return. But we hear that the reunion is a little one-sided. Being brought back from the dead might make another husband happy to see his wife, but when he realizes that his wife is now involved with his brother, Nick, Adam is not going to be very happy. In fact, he will be furious. He’s dead a few months and his wife moves on with his brother? It’s not going to be pretty, that’s for certain.

But, it seems there might be some good news for Sharon. She and Adam have a very long history with one another as well. She’s been going through something really ugly in the last few months. Her husband, Dylan, is part of the witness protection program now, and she could not join him. She is all alone, she is heartbroken, and her life has been torn to pieces. She’s slowly moving on with Scott, but now that Abby has decided she wants to have Scott all for herself — which she will in a few weeks according to show rumors — Sharon will certainly lose him to her.

But now that Adam is back, and he is divorcing his wife, these two might get back together. Will this make her life a bit easier now that she’s going to have someone she loves back in her life? She is certainly going to end up being a little bit happier now than she has been in the past few weeks, but we aren’t entirely certain she’s going to find a way to make things entirely too easy. We do have a feeling she will end up unhappy no matter what, but we do know that Chelsea is going to be shocked her non-dead husband is calling their marriage quits.
