Port Charles Tackles the Breastfeeding Debate
This week has already gotten off to a crazy start in Port Charles, and it looks like the next two days are going to be equally as interesting. In fact, the next few episodes might be bringing more twists and turns than most people have seen in a while. Tomorrow, it looks like General Hospital will be covering an issue that has recently been a hot topic in real life: whether or not women have the right to breastfeed in public. Although it has been proven that breast milk can have several positive side effects for babies and children, many people feel that it is not appropriate for women to feed their children in this way outside the comfort of their own homes. Well in Port Charles, Mayor Lomax doesn’t believe that women have any business breastfeeding in public, and he’s already gotten into an argument with Olivia over this issue. Things are about to take an even more interesting turn when Lomax has her arrested. While he may think that he is proving a point and flexing his mayor muscle, his plan might just backfire right in his face. After all, there are going to be plenty of people who don’t agree with his decision, and those who support Olivia are going to make their feelings known.
Liz Seeks Help for Jake’s Uncontrollable Rage
Olivia and Lomax won’t be the only people who find themselves in sticky situations. Liz will finally take Jake to the doctor to be assessed about his recent rage towards Sam. It’s clear that something may be wrong with Jake, but hopefully this trip to the doctor will be able to give some concrete answers. Although Liz will not be happy about Jake doing his therapy with Franco, she’s willing to try anything to make sure that her son gets the help he needs.
Sabrina and Carlos on the Run: How Long Can They Last?
Meanwhile, Sabrina and Carlos are still on the run from Port Charles and things might be taking a turn. Seriously, everyone knew they couldn’t just leave without anyone coming after them, and they really should have known it too. Robert and Andre will be working together to try to dig up some dirt on both Sabrina and Carlos, and trying to get to the bottom of their little disappearing act. However, Sabrina will also be worried that Anna may be coming to find them as well. Of course, Sabrina will start to have second thoughts. Living a life on the run certainly isn’t something that she bargained for, and this little stunt with Carlos could land her in some serious trouble. She’s going to want to make a call back to Port Charles, but Carlos obviously isn’t going to allow this. When you don’t want anyone to find you, you have to cut of all ties with the people you’re trying to avoid. The fact that Sabrina doesn’t really seem to get this just proves that she won’t last very long out on the road.
Tracy’s Vacation Surprise: Luke’s Return?
If all of that wasn’t enough to get you ready for the next episode, General Hospital promises to have even more in store in the coming episodes. Tracy is out-of-town trying to enjoy a vacation, but she may be greeted with a blast from the past. Luke may be back, and there’s a possibility that he may be around for more than just one episode. Anthony Geary who portrayed Luke, left the show last year, but he didn’t write the show off for good. If he pops back up, it will certainly add some flare to the story line, and it may shake some things up.
How will things pan out for the good people of Port Charles? Only time will tell, but for now it’s clear that some people are definitely going to be dealing with some very crazy twists and turns.
