Chalk this up to another person it’s taken me WAY to long to find out is Australian. If there’s a female I had the biggest crush on with regard to roles in shows or movies it’s Yvonne Strahovski in Dexter. I know how amazing she was in Chuck. Trust me, I do. But her in Dexter is just perfection. She seems like the sweetest girl and yet she’s so dark, devious, but if she’s on your side it just doesn’t matter. And all this time I never knew she was Australian until now? Shame on me. If it weren’t for me looking up some dumb 80s movie on Youtube I’d have never stumbled across an old interview with she and Craig Ferguson where she impresses him with a Scottish accent.
Well you can consider me one of the biggest fans of Australian actors and actresses on the planet. The list just keeps growing. You’ve got Margot Robbie, Mel Gibson in his prime, the Hemsworth Clan, Hugh Jackman, Yvonne Strahovski, Nicole Kidman, Naomi Watts, Isla Fisher, Russell Crowe, Geoffrey Rush, Erica Bana, Heath Ledger, the list goes on. Anyway, I just can’t believe this and I couldn’t be happier. It just made Yvonne Stahovski that much more desirable. P.S. she’ll be in the upcoming Predator movie so that’s kind of awesome.
