According to price-monitoring website Pricelisto, which analyzed TripAdvisor and Google reviews for 882 Olive Garden locations across the nation, Pennsylvania is home to two of the worst branches.

Low Ratings in Pennsylvania

The Olive Garden at 83 City Ave in Bala Cynwyd and the one in Willow Grove scored particularly low in customer satisfaction. These locations are ranked the third and fourth worst-rated Olive Gardens in the United States. Only a mere 46.83 percent of diners at the Bala Cynwyd location and 46.89 percent at the Willow Grove venue left “excellent” reviews.

How Do They Compare?

The only establishments with lower ratings are found in Beachwood, Ohio (at 45.44 percent) and Warren, Michigan (at 46.39 percent). Meanwhile, the best-rated Olive Garden nationally is located in Las Vegas, boasting an impressive 82.09 percent excellent review rate.

No Pennsylvania Locations Make The Top Ten

The top three spots after Las Vegas are held by Garland, Texas with a rating of 77.08 percent, and San Juan, Texas at 75.63 percent. Unfortunately for Pennsylvanians, no locations within the state managed to make it into the highly coveted top ten list.
