The new Brennan Recreational Center in The Villages, FL is set to become a major hub for community activities, enhancing the local environment significantly. This state-of-the-art facility, spanning over 25,000 square feet, addresses the community’s pressing need for indoor recreational spaces.
Situated adjacent to Brennan Pool, this center will also focus on fostering bonds between residents and their pets. Community engagement for this project started in the summer of 2022 and continues through 2023. Residents are encouraged to participate and provide valuable input regarding the center’s final design and programming.
