Live With Kelly and Mark took a heartwarming turn on this past Monday’s episode, bringing back fond memories for longtime fans of All My Children.
During the show, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos—former co-stars and real-life married couple—received a delightful surprise when they discovered an unexpected guest in their audience: Olivia Daddona, the young woman who portrayed their onscreen baby, Enzo.
As Consuelos pointed out the audience member holding a baby photo taken on set, he remarked, I saw an interesting sign
. Ripa responded eagerly with I know, that is very exciting!
We’ve talked about this in the past,
Ripa reminisced. Mark and I had a baby on All My Children, Baby Enzo. And we’ve often wondered, ‘Whatever happened to Baby Enzo? Where is Baby Enzo?’ And Baby Enzo is in our audience.
Ripa’s character, Hayley Vaughan Santos, and Consuelos’s character, Mateo Santos Jr., welcomed Baby Enzo in 2001 during one of All My Children‘s many dramatic arcs. According to Olivia Daddona, she played Baby Enzo while being just a few days younger than Lola Consuelos, Ripa and Consuelos’ real-life daughter.
To everyone’s surprise, it turns out that Baby Enzo was not actually a boy but portrayed by Olivia in infancy because her twin brother didn’t have enough hair.I’m not the boy. I have a twin brother. At the time, he didn’t have enough hair
, she shared with laughter. She confirmed that her brother does have a good head of hair now.
As for where life has taken her since then, Olivia revealed that she now works in the sports industry.No, this is my big break now, I guess!
, she noted humorously.
