General Hospital fans are going to see some desperation from Maxie. Her life is out of control right now, and she cannot get it to calm down enough to make a difference in her life. She’s upset, she’s not taking things lightly, and she’s unable to find a way to make things work for her. She’s got her husband keeping secrets from her, lying about things he needs not be lying about, taking her to a place where she isn’t willing to go, Amy over there bothering her husband and making things bad for Maxie, and a baby on board she cannot stop having nightmares about.
She’s not happy, and she cannot enter motherhood feeling this way. She’s desperate, and we are going to see that become more and more prominent as time goes on. She’s not going to make it her mission in life to really do anything unique or special other than find a way to get rid of her desperation.
It might reach a breaking point today where she goes from upset to desperate, and it might get worse as the days go on. All we know is today we will see a major change in the way she is behaving and the way she is feeling, and it won’t be a good thing. She won’t be able to stop herself from feeling overwhelmed and unhappy, and she won’t be able to stop herself form assuming the worst of everyone in this moment — and it won’t get better.
