This fresh service, powered by Endeavor Streaming and Learfield Studios, will feature a blend of original programming and live content across all 21 Longhorns Athletics programs. However, note that it won’t stream live sporting events due to SEC’s broadcasting rights. Expect highlights, behind-the-scenes access, interviews, game replays, analysis, and more.

Texas athletics director Chris Del Conte shared his enthusiasm, stating, As we set out on our new adventure in the Southeastern Conference, we wanted to make sure we had an appropriate home for video content that tells the story of our athletics department
. He emphasized the hard work put into bringing this platform to life with Endeavor Streaming and Learfield Studios.

The original Longhorn Network was launched on August 26, 2011, as a collaboration between ESPN, the University of Texas, and Learfield Studios. Despite initial distribution challenges, it became a favored hub for UT fans over the years.

This revamped Longhorn Network will operate 24/7 and offer replays of classic games stored in its archives. As Del Conte aptly put it: Our team here has been working hard to bring this platform to life for Longhorn Nation
