Justin Hartley had confirmed his departure from The Young and the Restless, where he had played a significant role for two years. Just weeks later, he premiered on NBC’s This Is Us, a show that captured many hearts.
Justin Hartley’s departure comes two weeks ahead of the premiere of his next show, NBC’s This Is Us.
Reflecting on their breakup, Stause shared, “In 2019, while I was filming Selling Sunset, he filed for divorce and notified me via text… ending things in such a finite way, without talking it through, was a complete shock.”
The reality TV star has since opened up about her experiences on shows like Selling Sunset. During an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, she revealed she sold her wedding ring to help pay for her new house. Moving into my home, a home I’d worked hard to earn (okay, fine, selling my wedding ring helped), was a major milestone that I won’t forget.
Today, Chrishell is also promoting her first book titled Under Construction: Because Living My Best Life Took a Little Work. She describes it as a cathartic experience that allowed her to heal. In her words, writing the book was also therapeutic… it gave me the opportunity to provide some context and tell my story from a healing place.
