Following the footsteps of IMSA, which rolled out its 2025 calendar in March, the NTT IndyCar Series has also dropped its schedule for next year, a significant part of which includes its TV deal with FOX Network.

The revised championship schedule spans 182 days, kicking off on March 2 at St. Petersburg and concluding on August 31 at Nashville Speedway. This new timetable is influenced by the switch to FOX, intending to smoothly transition into NFL coverage.

One notable alteration is World Wide Technology Raceway moving up to June 15, while Road America returns to its previous slot on June 22. In turn, this reshuffle sees WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca shifted to July 27.
The Thermal Club Overview
With this update, IndyCar makes way for The Thermal Club’s elevation to hosting its first professional race; previously, it was not part of the typical circuit. This change comes after testing at the facility earlier this year received positive feedback from both members and competitors.
IndyCar is gearing up to hold an all-star race at The Thermal Club in Southern California next year. There is a $1 million prize for the winner of this TV-specific exhibition race. Newly added as a points-paying round for the season, The Thermal Club promises an exhilarating spectacle for both onsite and TV audiences.
