General Hospital fans can’t wait to see that today is the day that Sonny meets Martina, the new lawyer in town. Of course, he doesn’t know that, and no one else seems to know that. She’s going to end up being Carly’s lawyer, but no one is aware of this just yet. It turns out that Sonny is going to meet her today when he heads to a local watering hole to drown his sorrows. He’s got a divorce on his plate, he’s not happy about it, and things aren’t looking good for him. Now he has a chance to redeem himself, and he’s going to go get drunk, meet a pretty lawyer, and he’s going to end up kissing her when he meets her. Of course, this is not going to end well for anyone involved.
It’s also going to be a good chance for Carly to get her anger out. She’s not happy with the way things are going in her life, and she’s got the upper hand. She’s currently in a state of ownership when it comes to Sonny’s assets, and that’s good enough for her. She has no idea he’s about to seduce her and take them back for himself, but that’s not really something she’s going to worry about for some time. Now that things are going her way, though, it’s only a matter of time before that changes. She’s got a lot on her plate right now, and that’s not a good thing.
Ava is going to be in a good mood when she leaves the courthouse, and she’s going to run into Scott. He assumes she’s in trouble, but she’s got good news and she can’t wait to share. She’s got some excellent news to share with her new best friend, Carly, and she can’t wait to tell her what she heard. Now that she’s got a friend in Carly, she’s feeling pretty good about things. She seems to assume that Carly will protect her if Sonny can prove she changed Morgan’s medication — but she is so wrong about that.
