The $400,000 acquisition is located just a short walk from his popular Two Lanes vacation rental and his bike shop, Columbia Motor Alley.
This new property is part of Wolfe’s ambitious $93 million revitalization project aimed at bringing business back to the small town, located 46 miles from Nashville. Among Wolfe’s acquisitions in Columbia are several significant properties. For instance, he owns a 4,320-square-foot commercial building valued at $214,100, which is rented out to Hazelwood Laboratories—Boutique music systems for hospitality and home,
according to their description.
Another notable ownership includes a 2,900-square-foot property valued at $192,700 that houses Muletown Coffee. This site highlights his diverse investments in local businesses.
Diverse Business Ventures
A significant part of Wolfe’s investment is the Two Lanes Guesthouse, a unique Main Street loft vacation rental that allows American Pickers fans to stay in rooms decorated with picks from the show. Rates for staying at this distinctive location start at $200 per night during the week and go up to $275 per night on weekends.
Wolfe also has ties to Packard Playhouse theater, a 4,653 square-foot drama venue appraised at $336,300. Additionally, he owns a former Chevrolet dealership known as Columbia Motor Alley.
Historic Home Renovation
