After Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce joined girlfriend Taylor Swift on stage during her sold-out “Eras” tour in London, fans hoped it would become a regular occurrence. Kelce performed with Swift and her backup dancers for the transition before the song, “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,” which earned a deafening applause at Wembley Stadium.
Fans attending Swift’s next tour stop in Dublin, Ireland, hoped the three-time Super Bowl champ would once again grace the stage. However, Kelce returned to stateside for a very good reason. He attended Chiefs teammate Clyde Edwards-Helaire’s wedding to JoJo O’Connor on June 29.
After the couple tied the knot in Calabasas, California, photos and video of Kelce at the reception hit the Internet. Fans loved seeing Kelce support Edwards-Helaire, who recently signed another one-year deal to remain with Chief in their hunt for a Super Bowl three-peat.
I love this. This is healthy! He supports his girl, but ALSO supports his friends. That’s a healthy relationship for you. If you try to only stick to each other, it could become codependent. Those that are hating on him obviously only know toxic relationships.

UPDATE: Kelce must’ve hopped on a plane right after the wedding because he made to Swift’s final show in Dublin on Sunday, June 30. As expected, fans were thrilled with his brief but significant presence.
The 14-time Grammy winner has three days off before the tour starts its leg in Amsterdam on July 4.
