A Vibrant Yet Mysterious Design

I was impressed by the costume colors and their messages, the way Star Wars always plays with lights. I wanted to bring a more humanistic touch to the old battle between light and darkness, so I chose Mae as the central element and the dichotomy between good and evil as a compelling struggle to win. I wanted to explore the concept of mentoring and how it shapes our view of the world, said Andra.

An Artist’s Journey into Darkness

Andra shares a deep resonance with the dark universe of The Acolyte. After earning her degree in Journalism and Communication, she felt directionless until she began sketching her nightmares on a whiteboard. This exploration fostered her passion for drawing, leading her to co-found a creative studio in 2014.

This mirrors Leslye Headland’s description of the show as being like an onion, continually peeling back layers until its finale. Andra’s artwork aligns perfectly with this concept by blending dark surrealism with elements specific to fantasy.

As someone captivated by movies, series, science fiction, animations, and comics from a young age, Andra’s transition into creating intricate artwork for The Acolyte seemed destined.I am deeply inspired by science fiction and dreamt of working on projects featuring spaceships and galaxy travels, she shared.
