Mackenzie McKee of Teen Mom OG has found love again and is officially engaged to her boyfriend, Khesanio Hall. The reality TV star and mother of three made the exciting announcement during a recent interview.
Mackenzie Shares Her Joy
The 29-year-old shared with Us Weekly that she got engaged last night. This is very, very new. It was a big surprise,
she revealed. The proposal was made even more special by the inclusion of her loved ones.
According to Mackenzie, Khesanio flew her dad and sisters into town for the engagement and managed to include a private nod to her late mom, Angie Douthit, who passed away in 2019 after fighting cancer—a battle featured on Teen Mom OG. All the people I loved were here and everyone was crying. It means a lot to me,
Mackenzie shared.
A Love That Lasts
The couple made their relationship Instagram official in January 2023. They are now eagerly planning their future together, with one of the first steps being the resizing of Mackenzie’s custom engagement ring. Speaking about their swift journey towards engagement, Mackenzie said, We kind of knew immediately, and it’s almost been two years with no doubts.
Khesanio has also stepped up as a father figure to Mackenzie’s children from her previous marriage to Josh McKee—Gannon, 12; Jaxie, 10; and Broncs, 7. Reflecting on her past relationship with Josh, she stated,I realize I deserve better
, following their nine-year marriage which ended in 2022.
