There is a new women’s movement happening and in case you haven’t heard about it, Shethority” is the name of the group. The name was carefully chosen to reflect the strength and power that women reflect in their lives, and this is multiplied when they band together under a common cause. This new group is on the move and here is what we know about it so far.

What is Shethority?

A group of actresses from the Arrowverse community play the roles of superheroes. “Supergirl” is represented by Chyler Leigh and Melissa Benoist, Candice Patton and Danielle Panabaker represent “The Flash,” from “Legends of Tomorrow” there is Caity Lotz, Maisie Richardson-Sellers and Tala Ashe, Katie Cassidy and Juliana Harkavy. What do these women have in common? They are not only actresses of he Arrowverse, they have joined their forces to create a space for women to gather for inspiration and positive feedback. It’s for women from all nations to come together and share their stories with one another freely. It’s all about empowerment, inspiration and sharing. They’ve just recently launched their campaign to promote the new group throughout the globe.

What is the site all about?

The online platform allows women to share their personal stories via social media. Ladies participating in the online community can freely share their posts and include video clips of content that is intended to inspire and encourage other women. The group of Arrowverse actresses have kicked it off by making posts that feature their own stories and insights as well as valuable resources fro the outside. One of the topics discussed is sexual harassment, and others focus on self-acceptance and others.

Nonprofit fundraising charity campaign

The ‘Shethority” community is currently up and running and women who have s story, photo, video or insight to share are encouraged to do so. The ladies who established the group have set up a special fundraising campaign that is directed towards helping Girls, Inc, which is a nonprofit group that offers mentorship, empowerment and support for girls between the ages of 6 through 18 years of age. Tee shirts are being sold and proceeds will be divided between the Shethority and Girls Inc groups.

You’re invited to join in and bring others

This space offers an environment for women to make real and meaningful connections with others. It’s a place for openness, sharing and offering help as well as taking what you need. The content should be anything that falls in line with the encouragement and empowerment of women. You are welcome and you are also encouraged to talk with other women who have valuable input for the sight, encouraging them to share with the rest of the group. To join, simply make a video that answers a few basic qustions that are asked and tell about your story and how it would benefit other women. Give your insights and a few details about what you have learned on the journey.

Shethority is a brand new site that is in its early infancy stages and it needs women who have a powerful story to step forward and share it with others. Whether it’s about surviving trauma, self-discovery, achieving success or to inspire others. It’s a means of coming together. learning and benefiting as a group with a common purpose.
