In yet another episode of the ongoing Modern Family reunion rumors, Nolan Gould has shared his thoughts on the matter. While attending The Cameron Boyce Foundation’s 3rd Annual Gala on June 2, Gould, best known for playing Luke Dunphy, revealed his willingness to come back if a reunion were to happen.
I love that family. I love that show. If there is anything in the works, you can best believe I’m in,
said Gould.
Navigating New Fields While Holding onto the Past
I have no knowledge. Maybe he does. I don’t know what he’s up to,
Gould confessed when asked about Jesse Tyler Ferguson’s recent return to the set. Despite not being aware of any concrete plans, he remains open to participating in a reunion.
It’s really hard because, on one hand, you do want to move on with your career and be seen as different things…but you would jump at the chance to relive some of the best years of your life and the character that I grew up doing,
said Gould. This sentiment reflects the challenge of balancing one’s past achievements with new aspirations.

I still talk to Ariel every week. I speak to Ty and Julie. Julie is a person in my life [who] I always love hitting up for advice,

Since the end of Modern Family, Gould has delved into acting and writing.I don’t like social media…I’m taking some time to figure out my relationship with basically everything in my life…so I just kind of removed everything until I’m ready to show something,
explained Gould. His decision to wipe his Instagram reflects careful consideration of his public presence and future endeavors.
The Legacy of Cameron Boyce
The event also provided an opportunity for Gould to honor his late friend Cameron Boyce.
