The limited series starring Richard Gadd has amassed a staggering 84.5 million views globally since its release on April 11. In comparison, The Witcher Season 1 garnered 83 million views during its first 91 days of availability.

Its main characters, Donny Dunn (played by Gadd) and Martha (Jessica Gunning), draw viewers into a suspenseful narrative that starts with a stalker’s pursuit. As the series unfolds, Donny learns that Martha has a history of stalking but struggles to set healthy boundaries—leading them both down increasingly unsettling paths.
Despite its success, Baby Reindeer is no longer making Netflix’s weekly Top 10. Last week, it spent its eighth consecutive week on the Top 10 list, ranked at No. 10. On the other hand, Bridgerton: Season 2, which has been in the Top 10 for an impressive 19 weeks due to the hype surrounding its third season, continues to dominate.
The Witcher Bows Out Gracefully
In contrast, The Witcher‘s latest episode focused on giving Henry Cavill’s character, Geralt, a proper send-off. Director Bola Ogun remarked on the process: It’s a quiet affair… it almost felt like it was a nice chapter closing on its own.
