Smith is also facing charges of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

Kentucky State Trooper Corey King stated that there is no evidence to confirm whether Miya is alive or dead. Authorities continue to seek information from those closest to Miya, who have provided little to no useful details. As of June 13, there is still no information regarding Miya’s whereabouts.
