EXCLUSIVE: Scatena & Rosner Films has acquired worldwide rights to The Christmas Letter, a holiday comedy featuring an all-star cast including Angus Benfield (The Keeper), Chevy Chase (Community), Randy Quaid (The Last Detail), and Brian Doyle-Murray (Groundhog Day). This film marks the directorial debut of Tori Hunter, a notable figure recognized for his achievements both on the baseball field and in business. The Christmas Letter centers on an unemployed copywriter who each year receives a boastful Christmas letter from a wealthy friend. Frustrated with being outshined, he decides to risk everything to give his family an extravagant Christmas vacation worthy of a letter, in an attempt to upstage his affluent companion.
