It’s official! Gabi Hernandez is making her grand return to Days of Our Lives on June 27. After much speculation, it has been confirmed that Cherie Jimenez is stepping into the role formerly played by Camila Banus.
Cherie Jimenez is set to debut in scenes with Brandon Barash’s character, Stefan. When asked about the twist of fate that brought her to this role, Jimenez said, I actually auditioned for the role of Gabi when it was first created 15 years ago… it just wasn’t meant to be.
